The process of outplacement consists of the following four phases:
1. Evaluation of the current situation
A personal profile with strengths and weaknesses, core-competencies, motivational factors, personal affinities will be developed. To accomplish this we use methods like tests, a self-analysis, an assessment, and a 360 feedback.
2. Defining the goal
The personal goals will be developed on the base of the competencies, the personal potential and the personal affinities of the individual.
3. Reorientation
In this phase, the strategy of change process will be defined. It includes the adaptation of the CV, Interview Training, Networking, etc.
4. Accompaniment
We believe in the empowerment of self-help, and support the affected person in all his or her efforts in the process with selective coaching interventions.
Phases one to three are completed within about 3 months. The timeframe and the specific interventions used in phase four will be jointly agreed upon, based on the needs and desires of the individual person.
Depending on the goals and needs of the person concerned, all four phases, or only selected phases of the process, will be undertaken.
