Development and implementation of business strategy of SHL AG as well as related structures and processes. Team of consultants with a total of 18 team members end of 2002. Business development.
- 1989-1998 Swiss Rail: starting as an organisational psychologist, later on head of unit "assessment and tailor-made solutions". Project manger roles in the whole area of HR management.
