- 1998 – 2008: Swiss Railway (SBB) and Swiss Railway Cargo: work psychologist, leader of the Center for assessments & psychological consulting, development and lead of professional reorientation for all employees of the Swiss Railways, head HR and member of the executive team at SBB Cargo Italia SpA in Milan, responsible for organisational and management development for SBB Cargo (Germany, Switzerland, Italy), head of the Customer Service Center.
