Guid­ance on reg­u­la­tions in the con­text of the COVID 19 pan­dem­ic.

As­sess­ments at papilio can either be con­duc­ted in pres­ence- or re­mote- mode. Un­less oth­er­wise agreed with the cli­ent, you are free to choose the mode in which you con­duct the as­sess­ment. Cur­rently, both op­tions are equally used by our can­did­ates:

Pres­ence-mode: When car­ry­ing out as­sess­ments loc­ally, we guar­an­tee com­pli­ance with the na­tion­al and can­ton­al reg­u­la­tions on pre­vent­ive codes of con­duct and hy­giene meas­ures.

Re­­mo­te-mode: You have the op­tion of com­plet­ing your as­sess­ment re­motely. papilio ag uses en­cryp­ted ac­cess for ex­ample via MS Teams or Webex. We are happy to make the ne­ces­sary ar­range­ments with you so that the as­sess­ment can be car­ried out smoothly from home. Wear­ing masks and present­ing a Covid-19 Cer­ti­fic­ate is not man­dat­ory. 

Our of­fices provides enough space in order for us to keep suf­fi­cient dis­tance. The premises are vent­il­ated reg­u­larly and in ad­di­tion an air pur­i­fi­er is in use. We also keep the re­quired dis­tance from each other dur­ing as­sess­ment tasks (e.g. role plays).

Dis­in­fect­ant is avail­able. We dis­in­fect key­boards, com­puter mice, tables, doors, etc. daily. In ad­di­tion, we use li­quid soap and only dis­pos­able paper tow­els.

We do not shake hands when greet­ing and say­ing good­bye.
