In­di­vidu­al De­vel­op­ment Cen­ter

In order to de­vel­op your­self pro­fes­sion­ally, you have to know your po­ten­tial. This is why the first step of the In­di­vidu­al De­vel­op­ment Cen­ter is to as­sess the po­ten­tial of in­di­vidu­al em­ploy­ees and to ad­dress their own re­sources and de­vel­op­ment op­por­tun­it­ies. In an in­di­vidu­al set­ting, par­ti­cipants com­plete tail­or-made and in­nov­at­ive ex­er­cises. We will place the out­come in the con­text of your com­pany. You will re­ceive well-in­formed feed­back, on the basis of which you will be able to make de­cisions about fol­low-up steps and spe­cif­ic meas­ures of pro­fes­sion­al de­vel­op­ment.

Group De­vel­op­ment Cen­ter

Teams do not only have spe­cif­ic dy­nam­ics, but also their own po­ten­tial. Wheth­er ju­ni­or staff or middle man­age­ment, we sup­port teams with­in the Group De­vel­op­ment Cen­ter in deal­ing with re­sources and de­vel­op­ment op­por­tun­it­ies. 360° Feedback

The con­tinu­ous pro­fes­sion­al de­vel­op­ment of spe­cial­ists and man­agers is one of the most cru­cial tasks of HR. Provided as part of an on­line as­sess­ment, the 360° feed­back eval­u­ates the strengths and areas of de­vel­op­ment of your tal­ents and cre­ates a sound basis for the con­tinu­ous pro­fes­sion­al de­vel­op­ment of in­di­vidu­als.

The feed­back pro­viders provide their per­spect­ive in an on­line ques­tion­naire to eval­u­ate the be­ha­viour of the focus per­son. Thereby, the focus per­son re­ceives feed­back from sev­er­al groups in their pro­fes­sion­al en­vir­on­ment. The com­par­is­on of the self-image with the image that oth­ers have of your­self re­veals blind spots in your own per­cep­tion, thereby stim­u­lat­ing self-re­flec­tion and identi­fy­ing the main strengths and areas of de­vel­op­ment. This part of the on­line as­sess­ment al­lows to op­tim­ise the de­vel­op­ment of tal­ents and man­agers, with an evid­ence-based ap­proach.
