Our in­nov­at­ive, sci­en­tific­ally sound and award-win­ning per­son­al­ity ques­tion­naire "ADEPT-15" uses the latest ad­apt­ive tech­no­logy for a dif­fer­en­ti­ated meas­ure­ment of per­son­al­ity with­in our on­line as­sess­ment. Mo­tiv­a­tion ques­tion­naire «views»

How­ever, every­one is dif­fer­ent, what may be mo­tiv­at­ing for some may ac­tu­ally be in­hib­it­ing for oth­ers. The mo­tiv­a­tion ques­tion­naire “views”, as part of the on­line as­sess­ment, shows what is mo­tiv­at­ing for spe­cif­ic in­di­vidu­als and in which en­vir­on­ment they can fully de­vel­op their po­ten­tial. To as­sess the po­ten­tial of can­did­ates, cog­nit­ive per­form­ance tests are there­fore one of the most re­li­able and, at the same time, most ef­fi­cient meth­ods of on­line as­sess­ment.

 

Abil­ity tests “scales”

Our “scales” test series con­tains over 50 test pro­ced­ures, cov­er­ing a num­ber of areas of cog­nit­ive per­form­ance, based on the renowned Ber­lin In­tel­li­gence Struc­ture Model:

To in­crease us­ab­il­ity, gami­fied ver­sions are also avail­able, op­tim­ised for mo­bile devices are also avail­able. Talent Reviews

In our Tal­ent Re­views, a con­sult­ant re­views the res­ults of a vari­ety of on­line tests (and an in­ter­ac­tion) and con­sol­id­ates them in one re­port, struc­tured along com­pet­en­cies and presen­ted on a uni­form rat­ing scale. The Tal­ent Re­views are con­duc­ted com­pletely re­mote and on­line – a high de­gree of flex­ib­il­ity is guar­an­teed, coupled with pro­fes­sion­al sci­entif­ic ex­er­cises.

The video in­ter­view has now be­come a fun­da­ment­al part of the re­cruit­ment pro­cess and of on­line as­sess­ments. This time-sav­ing meth­od al­lows you to get to know your can­did­ates bet­ter and on a per­son­al level.

Wheth­er as a sup­ple­ment to your on­line as­sess­ment or as a stand-alone ap­plic­a­tion, the in­nov­at­ive video in­ter­view tool «vi­dAssess» al­lows your re­cruit­ment pro­cess to move with the times. In the first step, suit­able in­ter­view ques­tions are defined so as to meas­ure the rel­ev­ant com­pet­en­cies. The can­did­ates go through the in­ter­view using the in­tu­it­ive on­line plat­form. They up­load their an­swers in the form of a short video, without lim­it­a­tions in terms of time and size of the file. The videos are then stand­ard­ised and rated in a struc­tured man­ner, on the basis of the defined cri­ter­ia.

As a pre­lim­in­ary stage of an on­line as­sess­ment, typ­ic­al situ­ations from your com­pany’s every­day pro­fes­sion­al life are presen­ted in a Real­ist­ic Job Pre­view.
