What is a Vir­tu­al Tal­ent Re­view?

In a Vir­tu­al Tal­ent Re­view (VTR), be­ha­vi­or­al in­form­a­tion is gathered about an in­di­vidu­al's strengths and de­vel­op­ment areas re­lated to a spe­cif­ic pro­fes­sion­al po­s­i­tion and/or man­age­ment level. The ana­lys­is of these strengths and de­vel­op­ment areas takes place through the use of on­line tools com­bined with face-to-face in­ter­ac­tions when ap­pro­pri­ate. The res­ult of the Tal­ent Re­view is a final re­port.

The Vir­tu­al Tal­ent Re­view con­sists of a set of dif­fer­ent on­line ex­er­cises in­clud­ing a per­son­al­ity pro­file, two ana­lyt­ic­al tests and an in­ter­ac­tion in the form of a role play (ex­clus­ively for Tal­ent Re­view Pro­fes­sion­als and Tal­ent Re­view Lead­er­ship) to ef­fi­ciently and ac­cur­ately as­sess can­did­ates and em­ploy­ees. Wheth­er as a sup­ple­ment to your on­line as­sess­ment or as a stand-alone ap­plic­a­tion, the in­nov­at­ive video in­ter­view tool «vi­dAssess» al­lows your re­cruit­ment pro­cess to move with the times. In the first step, suit­able in­ter­view ques­tions are defined so as to meas­ure the rel­ev­ant com­pet­en­cies. The can­did­ates go through the in­ter­view using the in­tu­it­ive on­line plat­form. They up­load their an­swers in the form of a short video, without lim­it­a­tions in terms of time and size of the file. The videos are then stand­ard­ised and rated in a struc­tured man­ner, on the basis of the defined cri­ter­ia.
