An individual Assessment is a structured assessment process designed for management selection or development. It consists of a set of carefully selected assessment techniques, which provide specific information about an individual’s job fit.

Individual Assessment has been designed by papilio ag as a general approach and is adapted for each individual mandate together with the client to fit the requirements of a given job. Following the Assessment

The consultant provides a written report to your supervisors integrating all the assessment information against the competencies. Depending on the purpose of the assessment (ie selection or development), this report will be used to:

  • Contribute to the information used to reach a selection decision
  • Contribute to the formulation of a development plan

Participants will be offered confidential feedback on their performance by their consultant. The feedback provides detailed information about each exercise and helps clarify an individual’s strengths and development needs.
